Chestnut Cottage will not be held liable/responsible for government blackouts or any related problems. To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract & all guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation, non arrival / leaving earlier then full stay or early curtailment as ALL deposits / monies paid are non refundable. No “cooling off period”. ONLY Cash or Credit Cards (subject to 5% admin. Fee) are accepted. Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit/outstanding monies/final payment is not received by the due date (before or on arrival). In-Season bookings: final payment in respect of full accommodation due 2 weeks before arrival. Air-conditioning is additional at a set daily rate of: R100.00 from 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm.  Check in: 14H00 - 18H00 STRICTLY. Check out before 10H00. NO exceptions. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation. Room décor subject to change without notice! Beach: approx 5 minutes drive! NO PAY NO STAY POLICY. The Terms & Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit / credit card details.
